Additional Information About Your Purchase
- We will gladly exchange defective merchandise if returned in the original packing within 7 days of the date of delivery or pickup.
- MOM & POP FURNITURE LLC will make every effort to ensure your order will arrive as agreed upon on the sales order. Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders may take up to 4 weeks unless otherwise specified on sales order. Customers have the right to cancel orders within 3 days of purchase. Cancellation of any order after the 3 day grace period will be subject to a 50% restocking fee with a store credit for the balance.
Information About Your Delivery
- Please ensure that the address and phone number you have written is complete, accurate, and legible. If we cannot make the delivery when scheduled, because nobody is home or we do not have the correct address, you will be liable for a re-delivery charge. You will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. To change your scheduled delivery date, please give a courtesy call 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- All deliveries are made from 8am - 8pm on a scheduled date. We will call/text the day prior to delivery date with a 4 hour delivery window. Please ensure the day is convenient to receive your delivery or call us 48 hours before to reschedule your delivery.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the size of the ordered furniture is to their needs. We provide measurements on the back of tagged items, as well as ask customers to ensure measurements for doorways, entryways, staircases, and ceilings so that the delivery process is efficient for both parties. We will provide any additional information at the customer's request needed prior to placing the order. MOM & POP FURNITURE LLC will not be held responsible for any order that does not fit through any doors or staircases. A 50% restocking fee will be charged for any returned merchandise with a store credit for the balance. Although we try to show the best images for our products, sometimes colors are slightly different than shown.
- MOM & POP FURNITURE LLC will not be held responsible for any color or shade difference than shown online or in a catalog. Customers are more than welcome to visit our showroom for viewing of the furniture before ordering.
- Our drop-off delivery consists of drop-off in the room you specify provided that furniture ordered will fit through that room's doorway. The delivery team will remove and replace doors with pin hinges to facilitate delivery with the exception of screen doors and fire doors. Our delivery team will make any and every delivery for up to 3 floors. Any additional floor after that will be done for an additional fee. This is to avoid any injuries to our delivery team, and damage to customers' furniture. Our set-up service is an option that is offered for an additional fee. For set up pricing, please refer to the delivery service pricing in the store.
- MOM & POP FURNITURE LLC will not assume any responsibility when it is found that the doorway, hallway, staircase, elevator, or ceiling is too small or too narrow to facilitate delivery of your merchandise. Unless the obstacles can be cleared or otherwise avoided, the customer may be required to reselect smaller pieces that can be delivered to that address. Alternatively, MOM & POP FURNITURE LLC may retain 40% of the purchase price of the merchandise and the order will be considered cancelled.
